Share What Makes You Happy

One of the best ways to feel good about yourself and improve your love life is to know what makes you happy. The easiest way to identify what pleases you is to check-in with your five senses and your childhood past.

What feels good to your Touch?
What Smells please your senses?
What Sounds do you enjoy hearing?
What do you like to Look at?
What Tastes good to you?
When you were a child what did you enjoy hearing, seeing, touching, tasting, feeling?
When you were a child what did you enjoy doing? Do it now.

Spend some time each day thinking or doing the things that make you happy and you will feel better about yourself and your life.

Once you have identified what makes you happy share what you’ve learned about yourself with your partner. The more you share the more your relationship can grow.

Romantic Aromatherapy Bath For Two

Baths are a wonderful way to relax from the world and rejuvenate yourself. Add a cup of Epson salt to your bath water to help purify and detoxify your body. Slice an orange or two into rings and enjoy them while soaking in your bath. Toss the rinds into the water to give a soft citrus aromatherapy. You can also add lemon and/or lime citrus rings to your bath water or drops of your favorite essential oil.

Turn on some soft music, light some candles, or plug in white Christmas lights and wash your worries away. Relax and rejuvenate by yourself in preparation for a romantic date for two. Or invite your partner to join you for some relaxing water romance.
